We accept returns of unworn or defective merchandise with original packaging and tags attached up to 7 days from date shipment was received.
Step1 LOG IN & VIEW THE ORDER
>>At the storefront, log in to the Membership Center > Orders > Find the order and click View.
Step2 APPLY FOR『RETURN』
>>Scroll down and look for the button Apply Return Order.
Step3 CONFIRM RETURN ORDER
>>Select the item(s) you wish to return and enter the quantity, reason, delivery details. Click Confirm Return Order after completing the required fields.
>>After successfully applied for a return, the details will appear on the page.
Step4 PARCEL RETURN
>>The item should arrive in its original condition and with label.

Step5 RETURN & REFUND
>>After the returned product is inspected, a refund can take 1–14 business days. After it's processed, you'll find the actual refund amount and the date we issue it.
